We give our customers the option to cancel at any time because as long as we create value for them, they will stay with us on their own. Therefore, there is no reason to bind them. We cannot relate to the need to bind our customers; we feel it’s like saying, “We don’t have enough confidence that our service will deliver results, so we need to bind you.”
How did we start?
There were two main reasons for this decision. Firstly, we noticed that no other companies offer guaranteed results in local visibility (Local SEO). Secondly, we saw a market opportunity, as other marketing companies often bind their customers for up to three years, whereas we offer no binding contracts. We aim to provide a more flexible and customer-oriented alternative.
